Land is So Valuable

Because land is so valuable for all parties affected by land acquisition activities, land acquisition regulations mandate that compensation be provided appropriately and fairly.
Indonesian Assessment Standards (SPI) 204 and Indonesian Assessment Guidelines (PPI) 04 have been formulate an assessment of land acquisition objects using appropriate and fair principles.
The challenge is whether it can be realized in the field, because of course there are complex factors and varying perceptions of land in the field from one region to another.
So it must continue to be seriously thought about so that The provision of compensation reflects appropriateness and fairness for the entitled party.
