Like a biological mother

For some people, land is like their biological mother, so their hearts are very heavy when they are separated from it, some even strongly refuse. So it is important to empathize with them, it is not enough just to use a formal legalistic approach. A cultural approach is important in the case of such land acquisition activities.
In terms of safeguards, FPIC (Free Prior Informed Consent) or FPIC (Consent on the Basis of Information provided from the start without coercion) must be implemented in communities that have such beliefs.
However, it is realized that not all agencies that need land consider this approach to be important in the land acquisition process. Instead of implementing FPIC or FPIC procedures, some agencies that need land actually implement FPIC or FPIC which is a long step which is felt to complicate the land acquisition process. This is understandable, but after encountering winding roads and even dead ends, these agencies only realized the importance of implementing FPIC or FPIC procedures.
