2018	NLC established as a collaborative network in early 2018 One-day ESF awareness training was held in August Workshops and meetings for the preparation of the LAR training held October - November MOU between the UGM, the World Bank and ADB was established in November LAR pilot training in December (5 days)
2019	Workshops/meetings for the preparation of IPs training structure, modules and material, intermittently during Q4 2018 – September 2020 TOTs for the IPs training from WB Senior Social Development Specialists in June and October 2019 TOTs for LAR training from WB lead specialists in June and November 2019
