Development is always based on the ground. Oh space development, metavers are not on the ground. Who says not on the ground? Going to space requires a rocket launcher on the ground, metavers still need space to build a fixed data center on the ground.
Similarly, physical infrastructure to support human life, whether it's roads, ports, airports, trains, hydroelectric dams, irrigation dams and others, cannot be built except on the ground. Even if it's a tunnel or a flyover.
So respect the owners, rulers, users and land users when the land is needed for development.
